Well, I was going to say the technical term is SOL ... Sorta Outa Luck ... because "regular" light bulbs are going to become unavailable.  But I see the House has passed a measure repealing the light bulb ban .  Lighting-efficiency standards set by 2007 legislation would effectively push the traditional bulbs off store shelves, starting with the 100-watt version next year.
