North Central Kansas
95 as a high would be fine with me. Here is our forecast: http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?CityName=Lamar&state=KS&si...

Over a 100 for the next week. County fair starts on Tuesday. That will be fun. The only thing saving our crops is the humidity and the fact that we had a full soil profile. We had 2.25 last week that let the corn go ahead and tassle. Not sure how it is going to fair now. No irrigation here so all my crops are dependent on mother nature. We were fortunate to have received rains this spring and early summer. Unfortunately it gave us hope that we were going to have a crop. Not sure now what it is going to end up with.

I have not been South of I-70 but everyone I talk to says that it is bad. Last night on the radio they said that as of yesterday we had met our quota for days over 100 degrees. There is still alot of summer left.
