I remember a story from quite a few years ago because Congress was debating some new dairy/farm policy, some Congressmen decided to tour a dairy farm. I remember some of the Congressmen being amazed that the dairy farm milked on weekends!!! And this from people who were deciding new national dairy policy. Makes you wonder just how informed they are on other things that they spend our money on.
