Marion,ks | We are a family of 5. I use 2lbs of meat, 1 chopped onion, garlic salt to taste, and instead of pepper, I use Chicago seasoning, about 2 pinches for a little kick. Then add about a small package of grated cheddar cheese plus ketchup, 2 eggs, and some oatmeal. After putting it all together, Put some bacon on top of it, bake at 350 for an hour or so until done. If you like green pepper or other things in your meatload, add it. After the first meal, there is usually about enough for my husband's and hired man's lunch the next day. They don't complain. My2 1/2 year old loves it also, so I doing something right. | |
