A bunch of fellows from Georgia that hunt black bears on and around us have a big feast for their landowner hosts every year, one is a nuisance gator trapper who usually brings up a tail. Last time I remember he diced it and made it like popcorn shrimp, it was good. They always have some bear too and usually wild turkey, venison, sometimes some moose
Whats some off the wall meat you have ate??? success or fail?
