Northeast Louisiana | Just wondering what others use to mark the corners and boundry lines on property?
I mainly use 6 1/2 ft t-posts, sometimes I slide a white pvc pipe over it to make it about 8 ft tall. Also have lenght of railroad track drove into the ground pretty deep leaving about 4 to 5 ft above ground. Railroad tracks make good markers but prolly will get stolen for scrap iron if crackheads find it on the farm. But it will take a dozer to get em up.
We have a neighbor that likes to move survey/boundry markers. Dad dug a hole about 6 foot deep and had it filled with cement with the survey marker included in the cement. It will take a trackhoe to get it up.
