Subject: RE: 3 quart maximum in crop for RR beans question

King City, Mo
Several coops have been spraying a quart and 1/2 for years around here. Where the sprayer over laps the beans turn yellow from to much gly. I wouldn't waste your time with spraying the waterhemp w/ gly. It won't kill it, for less then 2.50 an acre it's just something in the tank mix now. I'd put 4oz of cobra or flexstar on it.

It's sad that when i started sprayin with out coupe when i was 15 a quart of roundup killed anything waste tall. It cost more then but killed everything.

Next year try some authority assist or something else to help control the waterhemp pre then come back with roundup and something else for clean up. we got lucky and only had to spray cobra on 60 acres out of 350 and useing roundup and flexstar on the wheat beans here in a week or two. You cannot use flexstar on the fields if you want to plant wheat this fall. I am happy with my weed control this year year so far.
