Replyed below.. Distric shut water off 1 day, could smell the oil that morn. River is running high maybe 60-70,000 CFS. Some are whining about their "farms" (10-30a) are totally ruined because of the oil. About like a 5 gallon bucket spread over 10a. Fellow in Billings Gazette saying if killed his grass, his wife/gf works for some enviremental place.. BIG MONEY SETTLEMENT?
