Yes, all the Minnesota state parks are closed . . . .
Not sure why ? They are public lands and the public should be able to use them without a ranger/DNR cop there . . . . heck they didnt' shut down the gamewardens (Opps, I mean conservation officers), they could have manned the gates ?
Lots on the news about Minneso'dens going across the boarder to Wisc parks. Wisc acturally had room way over there on their "west" side (which happens to boarder Mn largest cities).
Never heard of any reports of Mn's going west to SD or ND - but that would'da been my choice or the Black Hills at least . . ... . .
