I guess I do not understand the adoration in this day and age for royalty. They did nothing but being born to the right bloodline. And for this the rest of the citizens are willing to support them in a luxurious life style while the do nothing useful?
I used to sort of think the same thing but I gained a lot of respect for him when he joined the British Military. Especially the fact that he expressed a desire to participate in active service. Because of his caliber, they didn't send him to combat. He is a helicopter pilot with the RAF's Search and Rescue Force and flew a Sea King while visiting in the Maritmes last week. |
