Maybe Aim or Gramoxone. I wouldn't attempt 2,4D or Banvel.
My experience with Clearfield sunflowers is that Beyond is very weak on Kochia. I rely on Spartan preplant to take care of it but Spartan won't take care of any emerged Kochia. I go with a separate preplant application of glyphosate and Aim.
