several crops to use Oats good pasture, annual rye also good pasture but if goes to seed can cause problems, turnips will not be there in the spring, ceral rye good pasture needs to kill early in the spring, milo grown after wheat makes good forage for cows all winter, even corn grown can make forage. for the most part these all need to be control grazed or alot is wasted.
