You probably want at least 120 pounds of N after beans, maybe 160 pounds corn on corn. You have 0.46 * 75 = 34.5 pounds of N. You need another 85.5 or 125 pounds of N, in 28% that's 305 pounds, about 30 gallons of 28% or 571 pounds or 55 gallons.

In 2007 I raised 173.2 bush corn no till with 111 pounds of N as MAP, a tine bit of AMS, and 32% about half applied at planting the rest with the corn about 4' tall. After poor beans. The late season stalk test showed low but not completely out of N.
