| And to think I always wondered why I didn't understand economics courses in college???? Come to find out, I understood it better than the economists did and that's why I was confused!!
Evidently, the way to run a business or your personal life (in college taught economic terms), is to leverage yourself to the gills so you can look and act like a big shot- despite the fact you don't have a pot to p!$$ in for cash flow, or real asset base.
Cash is king (used to be anyway)
Low or NO debt is king
"Real" tangible assets with no debt against them are the keys through the next decades
Carrying large debt with the philosophy you can pay for it with inflated dollars is still too risky for my liking. I can't move past the gut feeling that debt strategy is good in theory, but poor in practice.
