At what stage or hight could i put reflex or maybe prefix under hoods (w/ side nozzles) under cotton.

My cotton is at 9 or 10 nodes, but not yet barking. Have morning glories that need treatment. I can keep it off all except bottom 2 or 3 inches of the stalk.
