UP of Michigan- North coast of USA | Thank you for your replys.Had another dead one last night. I am leaning toward Grass tetany. In the last 2 weeks the grass has just exploded here with growth. The mineral I have been feeding is not real high in magneseum. No swelled heads. Herd seems a bit jumpy. Cattle are looking pretty nice. Ring worm and lice are cleared up.Anyway went and picked up some cow calf mineral thats higher in magneseum. Will force feed 3 oz/hd/day and offer free chice. Hope this takes care of the problem. Shoulda,woulda, coulda, lessons you remember cost $$$.
