NC | Even down here I would go for a ridge vent and some blue board(mostly to stop condensation).
All our barns have at least 12 ft roofs to facilitate good air at cattle level.
But I would be building a barn that was mostly/totally open around three or more sides.
As I don't need to keep anything warm- just cool and well ventilated.
To me tunnel vent(chicken background) means sealing the barn up and drawing air in controlled mixing inlets and out the end with fans-- ridge vents would defeat that purpose. | |
