I would say it is the micros causing the problem. Few years ago, I got some bulk gramoxone that the coop put into empty but not rinsed out micro 2.5 gal jugs(they didn't have any packaged gramoxone on hand) and there was lumpy stuff like that floating on top gramoxone in the jug. It was bad enough that I couldn't use it.
