This pasture has a couple areas of heavy thistle infestation. I mow it every time they rotate out. Last time was only 4 days ago but with the rain there is enough growth to keep them for a few days. There is some more unmowed grass back in the trees to the left.

I hope this area is conducive to courting as I want calving as tight as I can. Heck if they want some soft music, at current cattle prices I'll see what I can do! ;)
