Took a little trip up through Colfax and St.Johns Washington yesturday. Stopped and had a bbq lunch at St.Johns hardware while visiting with Ron Kile. I've never seen so much rust in wheat before. CPS had brought in ground rigs from surrounding areas and every plane that could be found was runing sunup to sundown. If you think those hillside combines are crazy, you should see those guys operate a leveland sprayer on those hills. Crazy stuff. But wow,.....the rust had absolutely perfect conditions to just flat out explode. I cant imagine the amount of chem being trucked in from who knows how far away to keep that many sprayers going. Also not sure what chem at this stage, but it was truely incredible to see.
