| Weather man called for some poor weather to come tonight here in SW Ontario so, we raked and baled some tough hay this afternoon 60-40% alfalfa-timothy. Moisture ran from 16-24% with it hitting 30% on the wods in the corners and headlands. We put on 230lbs of acid"The Jucie" to 100, 3X3X6.5' bales of hay should weigh about 725lbs. Stored it in a cover all stacked 2 high to help let it sweat out. Cut on monday crimped on tuesday baled with roto cut Hesson baler with auto acid applicator. Question is will it keep have it sold to local dariy farmer dont want to deliver it if not. | |
