| Have always used copper for good projects. Can work fine with it. PVC/CPVC for the cheaper jobs. Have a pretty good size bathroom/kitchen project to do. Have some that will be enclosed in plumbing wall so don't need to worry about things leaking and will not use PVC for something like this. So should PEX be considered? Never worked with it. Would like something a little easier to work with like PVC. Would have to buy the crimper. How does it cost compare to others when buying fittings etc... Haven't really looked yet.
BTW have a mess of old galvanized to remove. Anyone have spare time and a hacksaw! | |
