You might talk to your NRCS about a low water crossing. Not sure if you can still get cost share on them. Some would call it a Missouri crossing, I think. I've had two tubes on a pasture replaced with a low water crossing. As I remember it go's something like, -- dig a trench across the ditch at the "top" of the crossing -- lay geo textile in it far enough to fold it back over rip rap -- dig a trench on the bottom side -- extend geo textile over bottom trench -- put rip rap over geo at top and bottom -- fold geo back over rip rap at the top --  put rock or rip rap over all geo -- add more small rock over top of everything.  That's a rough idea of what my contractor did.  Prob not exact, but close.  Beats the heck out of any tube,  IMO. NOTHING plugs it. Can cross them by pick up, tractor, atv, or on foot.
