SE MN | We pull a 12-23 3600 with a 7120 MFD, front weights, no duals, no-tilling soybeans into last years cornfields. Planter has no-till coulters. I had the MFD engaged about 5% of the time this past spring. We have some rolling hills and had to engage the MFD on a few of the hills, and had it engaged when driving through some wet spots.
In my conditions, I believe we would be OK with a 16/31 on flat land with a dual'd 2wd 7120 for a year to see how well the combination works. | |
