There also have been studies that steers were fed sand. Guess what, they gained a lot of weight. Then they dressed the steers and they found that there was a lot of sand in the gut. Did not get as many steaks per pound of steer. LOL There was also a study for concrete. The professor did finish the story on the concrete study.
