Don't understand the argument against lowering income level to $250,000. At income levels over that, surely a person could suffer along without Gov payments.
Would help create an economic stimulus lowering max allowed income to that level.
Example farmer has income of $500,000, buy $250,000 of iron, to stay elgible for program benefits.
