Subject: Ok legal guys - bankruptcy question ?

central - east central Minnesota -

What happens to the property of a business (tools, machines, ,other assets), when the business files bankruptcy ?
(skidsteers, mowers, trailers, attachements, supplies ect ) - do they become the property of the bankruptcy court or get returned to the dealers/private parties that has the loans on them? (assuming proper paper work has been filed in county for loans and such) .. . .
I say all assets move into the bankruptcy court and the judge decides if it gets liquidated and funds divided up amoung all crediters . . . may not be equel, but each get some??  This would be in Minnesota. (as I know state have differning rules).
Is that how it works or what . .. .  . .
Thanks . . . .. .
