Build our's years ago. Higher than needed as we used 4' forms. Divided it up to make spaces for fuel and chemicals in addition to fertilizer. Built a ledge in to place concrete slats on top of the wall to set mini-bulk tanks on. Only change I would make would be to soften (lengthen) the rim on the load-out pad. Did not use a liner or gravel on the inside, as many have done.
Anyone with a containment dike??
