Oklahoma Panhandle | The Wall Street Journal has a good article concerning the interference problems from Light Squared. It is way more that John Deere. the AOPA, (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) stated the governments own tests show significant problems of interference to GPS navigation devices. I agree with James Kirkland, general council for Trimble that it is time for Light Squared to find some other frequency for their transmitters. Will the FCC take any action here? Will Light Squared still be under the protection of the administration? We will see------- | |
