south Texas , York Rife Freemason | Hypoglocemia would be my guess ,My mother has it and i do too ,(As do most people to a small degree ). The cure is just to eat a little better .
As odd as this sounds i too have IBS and take a very low amount of zoloft for it ,I actually take 12.5 mg every other day 50 mg daily is an amount for depressed people ,but the treatment for IBS seems to be very small . For non depressed people the 50 milligram will make feel like you had a pot of coffee -or 2 .
I expermented with it to see how small an amount would work ,,I hate taking pills .
The yogurt does work ,Activia works good ,but the store brand does too .
Some peanut butter crackers are good to keep on hand for the low blood sugar ,For the IBS ,eat slower ,and when its bad drink a glass of water before you eat .
Are you under alot of stress ?,That makes IBS worse .
