Georgetown, Kentucky | i currently run about 400 acres and might get another 100-200 next year. i currently run a couple old gleaner m2 combines that have been very very good. but now my closest dealer is 2 hours away and both the close ones are not in my state. i pass 3 JD stores on the way home each night
have a buddy w a 7720 and i like the capacity of the machine- about like an L2 or L3 in gleaner. i suspect the 9500 would be about the same. i sat in one yesterday and like the layout 1000x better than the 7720.
how big of a head can you run- we are still on wide rows- can i run an 8 row on it? grain head a 20 ft?
i am on a very very tight bugdet- should i be scared of the 30-35k machines with 3500- 5000 hrs? | |
