@ twraska, I know what you mean.  They mentioned Monroe, LA this morning on Fox News.  Our official high yesterday was 102, and broke a record for that date. Usually late July or August when we get in the 100's.  

@ dutch, I know you were joking, but it's possible.  We had that happen a couple of years back.  Hot and dry through July, then about the first of August, the weather pattern changed and we got cooler, wetter weather.  Which was the worst of both worlds, because August is when we need to harvest corn and soybeans.  

Here's our forecast for this week, looks like it will get back to more seasonal conditions by Friday.  I sure hope we catch one of those isolated showers.
