I'm with starvation, I don't have that kind of spunk. I filled my 125 gal pickup tank yesterday and don't look forward to dumping it in my overhead bulk tank.
Painting on a rainy day sounds like an oxymoron, even if you have the tank under cover in the shed. I agree white is the color I would choose for a fuel tank. If not white, then either aluminum or suntone enamel.
