Ladoga, IN, United States, North America, Earth | It will be interesting to see how that goes. CNH's steering uses some Trimble components while their Yield Monitoring components (minus the display) and mapping software is Ag Leader. I don't think you'll see CNH changing gears in the near future.
I very much doubt that Trimble is getting out of the Ag market. It's been about 2 years since they released the FMX/FM-1000. Just released the Ez-Guide 750 in the past year. They have put a bunch of money into putting up a VRS network and getting the cell modems up and running. They have released Field-IQ as well as purchasing FarmWorks Software. There are no signs pointing to Trimble getting out of the ag market. I would say your dealer isn't looking at it correctly. They have come out with quite a bit in the past few years.
