I had the same problem with my new one last year. Turns out the implement switch didn't get installed at the factory. According to the assembly instructions it is an option but when I asked the dealer they came and put one on no charge. Kind of goofy if you ask me. Look for the harness for the implement switch and see if it has been installed-if so it may need adjustment.
Edit to add. Until you get the implement switch working properly you can disengage the clutches and stop recording by using the touchscreen (I assume you are using 2600) to change the clutch status.
