Elevation difference between GS2 and Apex

Why is there an elevation difference?
ON RTK
If you go menu-> Starfire ITC-> Info. You get an elevation of,
(for this example 40'
)
When application or harvest data is in APEX it would say the elevation is 5'. Why the discrepency in elevation between GS2 and Apex.
Yes antenna hieght is programmed in. 30 series at 126
WTF?
