I found something amusing in your comment. Nothing towards you but when you said great years = more money in your pocket got me thinking about the price of grain being high the last couple years. I have a couple farms Ive been renting for several years. I give good money for them and havent made a ton money on them until the couple years. Well over the winter the landlord says rent is going up because of the grain prices. Well what do you do , I paid more rent but kept thinking why in the years the price sucked they didnt want to lower the rent but when we hit a couple years of good prices its time to raise the rent. I guess its just a one way street and they got you by the short hairs. lol
