Well, HERE, if it was truly a closed road, with barricades, you are in fact disobeying a traffic signal. Just like running a stop sign, only it's a big white and orange stop sign that says ROAD CLOSED. I'd suspect that they would say you had intent to break the law and balk on the claim.
