The sharpener cover has always been a problem on my 1996 FX25 since I bought it 10 years ago.  Every year I have to take it off and clean it to make it work smoothly.  Sometimes several times per year.  However, it quit working completely last fall.  I figured the motor was dead, so I bought a brand new motor this winter.  I installed it today and it does not work either.  I don't seem to have any power at the motor.  I looked for a fuse, but I can't find any in the control box that are bad.  Does anyone have an idea of where to look for the problem?  I don't see any pinched wires (or chewed).
