Had a tract of land that was sold and we did not buy, new tenant was supposed to put in his elec. motor on irr. well, but fired ours up and away he went. Supposed to have his elec motor put in anytime, but I wonder what kind of $/hr, $/day run would be fair to charge for wear and tear on elec. motor.
What to charge?..
