I haven't seen this issue with the dozen sprayers we have running. What comes to mind with looking at your issues, could the display be the problem, the autopilot calibrations are stored to the display, the controllers for the sprayer go through the display... just brainstorming on your issues. seems to me it may be the display or a power issue.. I would lean toward the display.
