The 50 mph winds hit right after lunch. Right now the sky is covered with the same haze of dust and smoke that we've had for the last 4 months. I know there is one large fire just north of the state line in texas county, oklahoma. I haven't heard if there are any others but judging by the haze i would guess there are. The forecast for the next 7 days is more of the same.
