And farmers should then be required to have CDLs for their tractors on the road, and medical cards, and, since the trucks have to have flag cars ahead and behind certain width loads, so should farmers. The sprayers driving on the road to the next field should require placards to tell the world what they are carrying. Oh wait, those regulations may effect you. That's different. Just look through the old posts here and you'll see wrecked tractors and equipment all over. Swathers in the creek, combines off the road, tractors vs. cars and semis, planters and drills jack knifed and over the bridge. 

 IMO, it be would much better served to want less regulation for you and the truck transport world than to wish for more regulation on the RV world.
