| For the chain drive ones, I would put a drop of pneumatic oil in the air inlet and then take the screw out and put a bunch of silicone lube in there. In reality, what we did when we had them was we didn't worry about it, and then when we were working on the planter in the winter we would take them all off, pull them apart, clean them, and then put them back together. You'll be amazed how much dirt is in there by the time you get up to 200 acres per row. | |
