My thought is that you need to try and pull the rest of the pigs you can find.  I haven't raised hogs since the '80s but when I did I pulled pigs several times to save them.  The momma has been at it long enough on her own and I would go after the rest of them. 

Since she is a gilt, she will only have 6-8 pigs total and maybe only one more.  I think she needs help.
