Don't know if it's because or in spite of futures trading, looks like "somebody" wants a lot of beans planted in the next couple years. Bean basis "here" is about .70 and wheat is about a dollar, both under the board. Sold a little 08-09 beans yesterday at about 8.05, people are telling me thay's too cheap!? Sure will be nice if those two sales are dragging my average down~!)>.
Grain dealer guy joked as I was leaving........could be delivering those 8$ beans and getting an LDP to boot!

Although I must admit, it is HIGHLY unlikely that I have made the "right move" at the "right time". Good Luck!.........The Dumb Farmer
