I would have just put up a fence...but when he puts up the other neighbors fence as well along with what he's responsible for it kind of ticks you off when he doesn't even have any cattle to get on to their land. I'm pretty good friends with the one neighbor and he said that the one neighbor that I want to put in the fence paid for all of that fence to be put in.
