the acre thing is so far screwed up now I have no idea what will happen except a lot less corn and probably beans too.
As to the usda data.. they don't give a flying hoot for the farmer. It is all massaged to make them look as good as possible and has been for years. Maybe always, but never as far over the edge as now.
