| Thanks for the input, Dave. Upon checking the settings I found that my firewall was 'off', but the settings you suggested were already in place.
Took the 10 page cure starting with Adware, Spybot, restore point & antivirus scan. Adware found some of it, but still couldn't uninstall the damn leech. Started up in safe mode and deleted suggested files from 'C' drive.......then restart and the uninstall worked then. I hope I've seen the last of that sob.
I'd like to lead the programer of that one around with low grip on my pliers. | |
