Missouri | Did you try it with the markers up and the markers down? Marker can make it pull one way. I have seen that most planters do pull to one side most of the time. Is this planter pulled by a two point hitch or drawbar? If you don't shim the three point arms sometimes you can get some sway from that and make the planter weave. I have also seen before what you are talking about with the ground. do you rip it in the winter? Sometimes I have seen planters catch the ridges between the shanks and weave back and forth whether you worked it at and angle or straight. In a case like that I guess it depends how deep you are pulling your field cultivator ahead of the planter to try and knock the ridges down. Just a few options I can think of.
